This End User Agreement defines the terms for using the Greenflow service available at greenflow.cc and the procedure for providing users with related digital services.
By using Greenflow, the user confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full without reservations.
1. General provisions
Starting to use the service, registering, placing an order, paying for a plan, or actually using Greenflow functionality is deemed full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
If the user does not agree with this Agreement in whole or in part, they must stop using the service.
2. Terms
Greenflow Service means the software and hardware complex, website, dedicated Telegram software, personal account, software, API, additional modules, content, reference materials, and information materials available under the Greenflow name.
User means a legally capable individual or representative of a legal entity using Greenflow under this Agreement.
Plan means the price, scope, and access period published on greenflow.cc or otherwise communicated to the user.
Order means a user request for connection to a paid plan or another service.
Personal Account means the service area available after authorization and containing account, plan, payment, and functionality information.
3. Subject of the agreement
The Administration provides the user with access to Greenflow and its functionality according to the selected plan, and the user undertakes to comply with this Agreement and pay for services when paid access is used.
The functionality available to the user is determined by this Agreement, the service description on the website, the selected plan, and technical limitations.
If separate functions are governed by special rules or policies, such documents apply to the extent they do not conflict with this Agreement.
4. Registration and user data
To use certain functions, the user may register and create a personal account.
When registering or placing an order, the user must provide accurate and current data, including an email address.
The user is responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and relevance of the provided data.
The user must keep login data confidential and prevent third-party access unless the relevant plan expressly allows otherwise.
All actions performed through the user account are deemed performed by the user until proven otherwise.
5. Order procedure and acceptance
Orders may be placed through greenflow.cc, the personal account, dedicated Telegram software, a payment form, an invoice, or another method offered by the Administration.
The contract is concluded from the moment the user places an order and, where applicable, from receipt of full payment.
The Administration may request additional information required for connection or proper service provision.
If the user does not provide required data, the Administration may suspend or refuse the relevant functionality.
6. Service price and payment
Current plans are published on greenflow.cc or shown in the ordering interface.
The Administration may change plan prices unilaterally unless otherwise established for already paid access periods.
The price of an already paid and activated plan does not change until the end of the paid period.
The payment obligation is fulfilled when funds are credited to the Administration or successful payment is confirmed by a payment partner.
Payment is made using methods available on the website or payment form.
Where applicable, the user bears payment-related costs, including bank, payment system, or operator fees.
7. Access provision
Access to paid functions is provided after payment confirmation unless other terms are stated on the website or in the plan description.
Services are provided in the scope and manner stated on the website, service interfaces, and relevant plan description.
The Administration may perform maintenance, updates, and other work that temporarily limits access.
The Administration makes reasonable efforts to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation at all times.
8. Rules of use
The user must use the service only lawfully and must not violate the rights of the Administration, other users, or third parties.
The user is prohibited from using the service to violate law, send spam or malware, conduct phishing, unauthorized access, port scanning, attacks on networks or information systems, bypass technical, protection, or billing mechanisms, transfer access to third parties unless allowed, or create excessive infrastructure load.
If a plan includes limits on traffic, requests, devices, sessions, or other parameters, such limits are mandatory.
9. Restriction, suspension, and termination of access
The Administration may restrict, suspend, or terminate access in case of breach of this Agreement, abuse, unlawful use, inaccurate data, or the need to protect infrastructure, users, or third parties.
If a restriction relates to suspected violation, the Administration may request explanations and additional information.
The user may stop using the service at any time.
Unless required by law, plan terms, or a separate refund policy, payments for an already paid period are non-refundable.
Refund terms, if applicable, are determined by a separate Refund Policy published on greenflow.cc.
10. Personal data
User personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy published at https://greenflow.cc/security_policy.
By accepting this Agreement, the user confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree with it as applicable to service use.
The user consents to processing of personal data as necessary for registration, identification, service provision, access, payment processing, service notices, and legal compliance.
11. Intellectual property
All exclusive rights to Greenflow, its code, design, texts, graphics, databases, trademarks, and other elements belong to the Administration or are used lawfully.
The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within its functional purpose and access term.
The user may not copy, modify, decompile, distribute, publish, or otherwise use service elements beyond what is expressly allowed by law or this Agreement.
12. Liability and limitation of liability
The user is responsible for lawful use, the content and nature of their actions, the safety of credentials, and compatibility of equipment, software, and communication channels.
The Administration is not liable for inability to use the service due to causes beyond its control, including Internet failures, actions of operators, providers, payment systems and other third parties, power outages, user equipment failures, and external restrictions affecting availability.
Access speed, connection stability, available functionality, and other technical characteristics may depend on external factors and are not guaranteed in every case unless expressly provided by the plan.
The Administration is not liable for losses, lost profits, data loss, reputational harm, or other consequences arising from use or inability to use the service except where such liability is required by law.
13. Amendment of the agreement
The Administration may amend this Agreement unilaterally.
A new version takes effect when published on greenflow.cc unless another term is specified.
Continued use after publication means consent to the changes.
14. Dispute resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations and by sending a claim to [email protected].
The claim review period is 15 calendar days from receipt unless another period is required by law.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be considered under the law of the Russian Federation at the location of the Administration unless mandatory legal rules provide otherwise.
